Cinnamon Bitter is just a great thing to play with.
It is made from real Cinnamon and it has a slight sweetness to it – the complimentary ingredients gives it a bit of dryness as well with deep spicy notes to end with.
It’s use is vast. Because it can change the mouth feel and perception of flavour so easily. Added to a cocktail classic or a brand new creation it just twists the taste in a different direction and gives you the cinnamon notes in the taste and smell of the cocktail.
