It's always a special day and experience, when receiving and opening a Distiller's Edition

This year's edition brought me on a wee journey into sun-kissed fields filled with citrus, gentle herbs and a nice peppery background from calamus roots

In a humble experiment to further enhance and involve those sensations, I took on a course in creating a most wholesome sipping experience
