1.5 cl Mezcal
1.5 cl White Vermouth
0.5 cl Benedictine
1 Dash Licorice Bitters
Stir with plenty of Love & Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish dehydrated lemon wheel
Mist the glass with Mandarin Cocktail Spray

It’s been a snowy, dark and grey start to the week, so was in need of a smooth delight to keep me uplifted

I was also in the mood for a wee bit of smoke with a nice lingering aftertaste that hit just right
