6 cl Dry Gin "Night Blossoms" (@munakra_gin )
2 cl White Vermouth
1 cl Pineapple Liqueur
1 Dash Allspice Bitters
Stir with plenty of Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with dehydrated Pineapple
Enjoy

Normally I wouldn’t dare to think about a Dry Martini and a juicy Tiki Cocktail in the same thought

But I dared today - with a most pleasant and welcoming outcome
