LOW KEY IRISHMAN

Recipe

4.5 cl Irish Gin (@maharanigin )
2.5 cl Aperol
1.5 cl Rhubarb Syrup (preferably homemade)
1.5 cl Freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1-2 Dashes Bitters (I used Grapefruit)
Stir with plenty of Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Top with Soda Water
Enjoy

Paired with a equally lucky Aperol, some homemade Rhubard deliciousness, and a crisp and fresh finish, I sure felt the Sipping Luck to smile at me
