3.0 cl Red Vermouth "Dorado Amargo Suave" (@vermouthpadro )
1.5 cl Aged Rum (@havanaclub )
2 Dashes Aromatic Bitters
Stir with plenty of Ice & the Pinky out 💅🏼
Strain into a chilled coupe
Top with a healthy dash of Ginger Beer
Garnish with orange zest & Maraschino cherry 🍒

I thought it a brilliant idea to pair the Irish Whiskey with some aged Rum, and adding a funky touch of sparkling Ginger Beer, to really up the Patio Game
