1.5 cl Sweet Vermouth
0.5 cl PX Sherry
1.0 cl Demerara Syrup
1 Dash of Aromatic Bitters
Stir with Love & Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Smoke the glass with Bourbon & Oak wood chips
Garnish with a dehydrated Pink Grapefruit
