6 cl Dry Aviation Gin (@elbartgin )
1.5 cl Extra Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
Strain into a chilled Martini glass
Garnish with lemon 🍋zest twist

Information

In its truest form a Martini is a mix of Gin and Vermouth with an option to add a dash of Bitters

There is a whole lot of Martinis out there, that perhaps differ from above statement, but has the soul and concept of a “True Martini” - and I praise each and single one of them - being a Martini Lover myself
