1.0 cl Coffee-Infused Aperol
3.0 cl Fresh Lemon 🍋Juice
2.5 cl Lemon Honey (@honeyandthebeesofficial )
1 Egg 🥚White
2 Dashes Grapefruit Bitters
Dissolve the honey by stirring without ice
Shake with Passion & Ice
Fine strain into a chilled coupe
