2.5 cl Salers Aperitif
1.5 cl White Vermouth
1.5 cl Dry Vermouth
1 Dash Grapefruit Bitters
a pinch of Sea Salt flakes
Stir with Distillers Love & Ice
Strain into a chilled glass over Ice
Garnish with Spring Flowers of the Day
