2.5 cl Barrel Aged Gin (@highclerecastlegin )
2.5 cl Red Vermouth
2.5 cl Bigallet China-China (Alternatively a bitter-orange liqueur)
2 Dashes Coffee ☕️Bitters
Stir with Ice 🧊
Strain into a glass over a large rock of Clear Ice
Garnish dehydrated Blood Orange

When asked by a good friend, if I wanted to create a special Cocktail recipe for a newly opened Cocktail Bar - I had no hesitation

I wanted a slow and smooth sipper, but still with a elegant finesse that keeps asking for more

This is what came out of it, and yes - it kept asking for a re-stir;
