5 cl Palma Gin (@mallorcadistillery )
1.5 cl Dry Vermouth
0.5 cl Lillet Blanc
0.5 cl Cherry Blossom Liqueur (or Sakura Blossom Liqueur)
2-3 Drops Orange Bitters
1 pinch of sea-salt
Stir with Love & Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with a floating blossom

This months secret box from @europeancraftclub contains lots of exactly that; Sun, white sandy beaches and Summery vibes

This of course had to be celebrated in the only way I know - with a wee Martini style Cocktail
