6 cl Dry Aviation Gin (@elbartgin )
3 cl *Honey Water
1 Egg
Shake with Ice
Double strain into a chilled cocktail glass
Garnish with Aromatic Bitters on top
Enjoy

Within the field of Mixology, nothing frighten me quite as much, as when using a whole egg in a cocktail

But I really shouldn't be - it's perfectly safe and makes for a rich, silky-smooth nightcap-worthy Cocktail

The yolk together with the whites, really offers a creamy body of sensations, and I really dig the rich non-transparent appearance it offers

Might not be the most Instagram-friendly of cocktail choices, but sure is a fulfilling experience
