6 cl Double Cask Speyside Malt (@aberlour )
3 cl Rosso Vermouth
2 Dashes Cacao Bitters
Stir with plenty Ice 🧊
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish orange zest
Enjoy

I'm definitely a fan of those smooth sipping Speyside Whiskies - and when doubled casked, my eyes (and mouth) started watering even more

The Manhattan template is a brilliant classic to use, in order to really highlight a whisky and accompany it with complimenting flavors

Adding a complex chocolate note definitely didn't harm it either
