Recipe

3.5 cl Cask Strength Release No 5 Single Malt
4.5 cl Sweet Vermouth
0.5 cl Benedictine
0.5 cl Amer Picon
1 dash Lemon Bitter
Stir with ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with citrus twist

Information

On the remote island of Orkney, a whisky has been tapped straight from cask, without filtering or watering it down. Then brought straight into my mixing glass, today’s sipping experience was a grand one. I felt like a fierce Scottish Man sipping from my Orleans In A Cask.
