1 cl Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 cl Rich Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Orange 🍊Bitters
Stir with plenty of fresh Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Add a healthy dash of Peach 🍑Ice Tea (@bettyslemonade )

And a lovely fruity touch it was, adding a bit more structure and freshness to it - a nice alternative to the original
