a pinch of sea salt 🧂flakes
Stir with Ice
Strain into a chilled coupe
Express 🍋 & 🍊oils
No Garnish

It’s no secret that I prefer gin in my martinis thus making them dry, but a few variations with vodka as the main bassist, such as the Kangaroo, really is a fav of mine

Adding just a wee pinch of salt flakes, for me, makes all the difference
